  This proprosal was not the first time that I raised this idea with the PAPD - Over the years, I had had suggested it to various members of the PAPD without result.
  Result: After 9 months of meetings, this PAPD decided to go with a somewhat improved version of the current telephone alerting system, ignoring supplemental systems.
